Our community is comprised of four facilities designed to meet the individual needs of seniors and the disabled. Located in the hometown charm of Menomonie and Mondovi, Wisconsin, we are proud of our not-for-profit, faith-based senior care programs that offer an array of services from long term care to rehabilitative care to assisted living. Our roots are in the community and, unlike national chains, we re-invest 100% of our profits back into our facilities.
