Chefs prepare bountiful Thanksgiving Day dinner

Chefs at both American Lutheran Homes locations, Mondovi and Menomonie, will be hard at work this Thanksgiving creating more than 350 delicious meals for American Lutheran Homes residents, tenants, staff and families.

Dining staff will be cooking more than 100 pounds of turkey, 75 pounds of potatoes, gallons of gravy, and all the trimmings including 52 pies, various casseroles, more than 50 pounds of stuffing and hundreds of rolls. 

American Lutheran Communities has been helping our friends and neighbors in communities all over the western Wisconsin since 1949. The non-profit organization specializes in rehabilitation, assisted living and skilled nursing at American Lutheran Communities - Menomonie and Autumn Village Assisted Living in Menomonie and American Lutheran Communities - Mondovi and Hillview Senior Living located in Mondovi.
