American Lutheran Communities - Mondovi is having a job fair as seen on WEAU.

The medical economy is booming and a local senior care non-profit organization is hiring for dozens of new positions. A major hiring fair will help people looking for employment connect with American Lutheran Communities, which offers great pay and benefits.

“We’re looking for people who are committed to helping our friends and neighbors by providing quality care in a Christian environment,” said Human Resources Director Bryan Bessa.

American Lutheran Communities is hiring for full time and part time team members. Some of the positions currently open include RN, LPN and CNA. Potential employees can fill out applications online ahead of the event or file their paperwork at the event itself. 

“Our new employees will get the opportunity to work with the latest advancements in technology to provide exceptional customer service and medical care. These positions offer great pay, amazing benefits and flexible schedules. We’re very excited to meet all of our new employees,” Bessa added. 

American Lutheran Communities is managed by Grace Lutheran Communities which has been helping people in communities all over the Chippewa Valley since 1966. The non-profit organization specializes in rehabilitation, assisted living, skilled nursing, child care, independent living and adult day services. The foundation also manages senior care facilities for American Lutheran Communities and First Lutheran Foundation as well as the community-owned Pioneer Nursing Home in Prairie Farm, Wisconsin and Heritage of Elmwood Nursing Home in Elmwood, Wisconsin.
