American Lutheran Communities - Mondovi Earns 5-Star Rating

American Lutheran Communities - Mondovi has earned a 5-star rating for outstanding operations from The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.Administrator Ken King says, “Being recognized as a 5-star nursing home is a reflection of the dedication commitment and compassion that the staff of American Lutheran Communities has shown every day, 7 days a week. Our residents, in turn, express that gratitude and appreciation for the phenomenal care that they receive.”
The five-star rating is based on several measurements including site surveys, health inspections, staffing ratios and other quality measures. The goal of the rating system is to assure families the highest quality of care for their loved ones.
